In the event that your preferred reschedule date is not feasible, we can connect you with one of our esteemed photo booth partners.

Should our partners be unavailable, we are happy to provide you with credit towards any future events.

Kindly note that all sales are considered final; as the time slot was reserved for your event, precluding us from accepting cancellations that would have otherwise accommodated other clients.

Peak Season: Bookings between April and October require early arrangement as last-minute bookings will incur a $100-300 additional fee (depending how last minute), regardless of prior cancellations from other companies.

  • We understand this an unfortunate situation other venders put people in, however, our services never leave you hanging last minute.

Please book well in advance due to high event demand. Thank you for your cooperation.

DASHOOTS PHOTOBOOTH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING UP ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE IN FULL BY THE DAY BEFORE.

CONTRACTS ENSURE BOTH PARTIES ARE COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY. OUR CONTRACTS need to BE SIGNED no later than 30 DAYS PRIOR TO AN EVENT.

We cannot GUARANTEE availability last minute (7 business days prior to event date) and will incur a rush fee. See Packages for rush fees.

**ADD ON SERVICES, ORDERS, OR UPGRADES: IF OUR CLIENTS WISH TO ADD ANY SERVICES, ORDERS, OR UPGRADES AFTER A SIGNED CONTRACT, THE MODIFICATION MUST BE IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY ALL PARTIES, AND FEES WILL BE ASSESSED ACCORDINGLY.
